RV Heaven & Marina

We have been a seasonal campground for 18 years and are now selling lots to the public. We have formed a condo association and have 59 lots owned by the people that have been here for a number of years. The other 35 lots are for sale. The average size lot is 36 ft. by 70 ft. They are all fully serviced with 30 amps power, which can be up graded to 50 amps with the purchase of a breaker, making it perfect for Parkmoldels. The condo fees are $110.00 per month plus property taxes. The water is soft and is good to drink. The sewer systems all run to a location at the end of campground and is hauled away to the Rimbey lagoon by Vac truck. There is a nice shower house in the middle of campground by the new playground

Some of the lots have decks and sheds on them and are ready to move into and start camping. They all have fire pits and are fully landscaped with mature trees. The lot prices start at $65,500.00 and go as high as $112,000.00 depending on lot size and location.
